Key Responsibilities:
  • Support experienced Wealth Advisors in delivering client service and investment planning
  • Develop skills in assessing client suitability for investments, guiding asset allocation, and conveying asset class details
  • Prepare client meeting materials, including documentation and updates for presentation
  • Manage and execute day-to-day client requests, delivering personalized service with speed and accuracy
  • Navigate requirements for account documentation, system execution, and collaboration with administration support teams
What We're Looking For:
  • A strong client service professional with a foundation in investments and interest in sales and business development
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and a high level of integrity
  • Great communicator with excellent presentation abilities
  • Natural relationship building, collaboration, and networking skills
  • Aptitude for direct high-net-worth client relationships and sales
