Job Title: Food and Beverage Server

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Lee Chen Asian Bistro. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in a secure and accurate manner.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
  • Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Assist customers with special needs, such as dietary restrictions or mobility issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding work setting. You will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a team environment.
