Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Helper at Mogouyan Hand Pulled Noodle. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
- Dishroom Operations: Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, and scour pots and pans to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
- Garbage and Trash Removal: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Sharpen kitchen knives and maintain manual and electrical appliances to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Record Keeping: Keep records of the quantities of food used, and assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Will train on the job.
- Work Setting: Urban area.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
