Homewood Health is seeking a Prime Therapist to join our team at Ravensview, a leading mental health and addiction treatment center in Canada. As a Prime Therapist, you will be part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team focused on delivering seamless services and programs to our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with clients and members of the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and ensure continuity of care is maintained
- Promote and support other team members in their professional practice
- Provide consultation and training to team members in specific areas of expertise
- Liaise with referral sources and other relevant outside organizations
- Master's degree in a related field (Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling)
- Registration with a professional body in the province of BC
- Training and familiarity with CBT, DBT, CPT, and mindfulness modalities
- Knowledge of addictions along a mental health continuum of care
