Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Ainsworth. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment to and from our warehouse and job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the receipt and storage of materials and equipment in the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory management and efficient use of space.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move materials and equipment within the warehouse and to job sites.
  • Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and other vehicles, ensuring safe and efficient handling practices.
  • Manage the tool crib, ensuring that all tools and equipment are properly maintained and accounted for.
  • Collaborate with the construction team to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to job sites.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the efficient operation of the warehouse and logistics team.

Requirements:

  • Valid Ontario driver's license with clean driver's abstract.
  • Valid forklift experience and certification.
  • Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment.
  • Previous warehouse and delivery experience is an asset.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
