Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at New Fun Land Limited. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and engaging environment for children to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess children's development and create personalized learning plans to support their growth.
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  • Supervise staff, trainees, or volunteers to ensure a high standard of care.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues and community service providers.
  • Plan and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children.
Requirements:
  • Child Development Assistant (ECE Level 1) or equivalent certification.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Criminal record check, immunization records, and vulnerable sector check.
  • Own transportation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
