At BRANRON HOLDING INC., we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Operations Director to lead our team in maintaining the smooth operation of our facilities. This is a permanent full-time position, working 32 to 35 hours per week.

About the Job

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as free parking available for our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and operations leadership, with a proven track record of success in planning and managing facility operations budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement reports and proposals to demonstrate the benefits of using good or service
  • Evaluate and estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or services
  • Provide ongoing support to clients through regular consultations
  • Direct the maintenance and repair of our establishment's machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure optimal performance
  • Plan and manage our facility's operations budget to achieve strategic goals
  • Resolve product and service-related problems efficiently
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in fleet management
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physically demanding job requiring manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Client-focused with efficient interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, organized, and a team player
