We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team at pt Health in Petrolia, Ontario. As a Physiotherapist with pt Health, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and multi-disciplinary environment, providing exceptional care to our clients.
About the RoleThis is a permanent part-time position, offering a competitive compensation package and excellent benefits. As a Physiotherapist with pt Health, you will be responsible for developing and executing individualized treatment plans, working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, and contributing to the growth and development of our clinic.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning.
- Work alongside a strong support staff with experienced Registered Kinesiologist/Certified Athletic Therapist.
- Contribute to rural health care in a small community setting.
- Continuously evaluate client progress and drive quality improvement in patient care delivery.
- Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals at the clinic.
- Utilize e-charting software for documenting treatment sessions and recommendations.
- Manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment.
- Effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
- Engage in continuous learning, mentorship, and skills development.
- Registered in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Experience treating clients in an outpatient rehabilitation clinical setting is a definite plus.
- New Graduates with licenses are welcome to apply.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-disciplinary work environment.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others.
- Demonstrated ability to hit the ground running and start work with minimum supervision.
