Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Aliments Kitchen. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize all equipment and surfaces to maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware to the highest standards.
  • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Package take-out food to a high standard, ensuring it is presented attractively and safely.
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Take customers' orders accurately and efficiently, using our point-of-sale system to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a high level of cleanliness and presentation.
Work Environment

As a Food Counter Attendant at Aliments Kitchen, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. You will be required to work under pressure, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Previous experience is not necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge required to excel in this role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and to stand for long periods of time.
