We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at Clear Coast Concrete Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality finishes on concrete surfaces, working closely with our team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish.
  • Concrete Finishing: Impart desired finishes to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
  • Installation and Repair: Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures, and repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
  • Estimation and Planning: Estimate costs and materials, and read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

The successful candidate will be required to work in a physically demanding environment, handling heavy loads, bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.

Personal Suitability

We are looking for a candidate with excellent oral communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a team environment.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
