Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead the financial planning and budgeting process, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial reporting
  • Manage and oversee financial operations, including accounting, financial analysis, and risk management
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior management on financial matters, including investment decisions and funding requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with business objectives and goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a real estate or financial services industry
  • Proven track record of financial leadership and strategic decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions
Work Environment

The successful candidate will be based in our head office and will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The role will involve regular travel to meet with stakeholders and attend industry events.
