Job Title: Chiropodist

At the University Health Network, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Chiropodist to join our team. As a primary health care provider, you will be responsible for assessing and treating disorders of the foot using conservative methods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and treat foot conditions, including diabetic foot care, nail care, biomechanical assessments, and wound care.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment programs to achieve optimal outcomes for patients.
  • Provide education on foot health and services to patients and medical teams.
  • Participate in quality management activities and contribute to the improvement of chiropody services.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of a recognized Chiropody or Podiatric Medicine program.
  • Current registration in good standing with the College of Chiropodists of Ontario.
  • Preferred qualifications include degree and/or Master's level education, experience working/teaching in the field, and certification by the Ontario Society of Chiropodists and the Canadian Federation of Podiatric Medical Associations.
