At Valon Painting Ltd., we are seeking a skilled Painter - Surface Preparation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing surfaces for painting, including cleaning and sanding. They will also be responsible for mixing paint to the desired color and texture, as well as estimating costs and materials.

The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to distinguish between colors. They will also be physically capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling. Additionally, they will possess excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, reliability, and teamwork skills.
