About the Role

Gemm Diesel is seeking a skilled Truck Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and safety of our commercial transport trucks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and Maintenance: Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems, automotive systems, and truck-trailer systems.
  • Diagnostic and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with mechanical units or components, and test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications.
  • Scheduled Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance services, including testing and adjusting units to specifications.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Benefits: Competitive salary, pension plan, dental plan, health care plan, paramedical services coverage, vision care benefits, and other benefits.
Work Environment

As a Truck Mechanic at Gemm Diesel, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a team of experienced professionals. You will be required to work 40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime as needed.
