Key Responsibilities
  • Load, Unload, and Transport Materials: Assist in the transportation of construction materials to and from job sites, ensuring timely delivery and efficient use of resources.
  • Mix, Pour, and Spread Materials: Collaborate with our team to mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, adhering to strict quality control standards.
  • Assist in Framing and Construction: Provide support in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, working closely with our experienced carpenters to ensure precision and quality.
  • Clean and Pile Salvaged Materials: Assist in cleaning and organizing salvaged materials, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Remove Rubble and Debris: Collaborate with our team to remove rubble and other debris from construction sites, ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
Requirements
  • Basic Security Clearance: Possess a basic security clearance, ensuring compliance with company security protocols.
  • Physical Capabilities: Be able to perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and work in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate flexibility, reliability, and a strong team player attitude, essential for success in our dynamic team.
