Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient-focused, safe, holistic nursing care and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure that nursing care provided to patients is based on best practices to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Continually assess, anticipate, identify, and respond to new and changing needs of patients.
  • Travel within your region between patients' homes.
Requirements
  • Minimum two years of nursing experience, preferably in community nursing.
  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
  • Ability to work independently in the community.
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written required (additional languages an asset).
  • Valid Ontario driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Experience with infusion therapy, mental health, palliative care, and wound care.
  • Excellent patient assessment and teaching skills.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive wages, paid sick days, pension options, evening and weekend premiums, and more. Estimated salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
