About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Helper, Mechanic to join our team at Volaille Giannone Inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist tradespersons and other workers with tasks and projects as directed.
  • Move tools, equipment, and other materials as required.
  • Clean machines and work areas to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Work Environment

You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks and responsibilities. The work site environment can be noisy, cold, and hot, and you may be exposed to odours. You will be required to work in a rural area and may be required to travel to remote locations.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Physically demanding work, requiring manual dexterity and the ability to handle heavy loads.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
