Le rôle

Nous recherchons un(e) gestionnaire de produits logiciels expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe. Le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) sera chargé de guider le succès de nos produits logiciels et de diriger l'équipe multifonctionnelle chargée de les améliorer, ainsi que de développer cette unité d'affaire d'une manière stable et orientée vers la croissance.

Responsabilités
  • Superviser le cycle de vie de plusieurs logiciels
  • Produire une orientation stratégique, une vision, des objectifs et une direction
  • Suivre et gérer les revenus, les coûts, la rentabilité et la qualité opérationnelle
  • Budgétiser, dimensionner et diriger les ressources commerciales des produits en fonction des objectifs de rentabilité et de croissance
  • Répondre aux besoins des clients par le biais du développement de produits et des relations avec les clients
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe de développement pour définir la feuille de route et planifier les caractéristiques du produit
  • Superviser et améliorer les objectifs des sprints et les récits des utilisateurs
  • Orienter le développement des produits et le marketing vers la réalisation des objectifs stratégiques globaux de l'entreprise
  • Analyser et comprendre la concurrence et leurs produits
  • Travailler avec les équipes d'innovation pour définir l'orientation de la R&D et le développement de nouveaux produits
Compétences requises
  • Baccalauréat en informatique, en ingénierie ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Expérience confirmée en tant que gestionnaire de produits logiciels ou dans un rôle similaire
  • Expérience des activités en contact avec les clients
  • Forte compréhension de l'activité des produits logiciels, du développement de logiciels et de la gestion de projets
  • Excellentes compétences en matière de communication et de leadership
  • Capacité à travailler efficacement avec des équipes inter fonctionnelles
  • Solides compétences en matière d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes
Compétences souhaitées
  • Expérience des méthodologies Agile
  • Expérience de travail dans des environnements de R&D ou d'autres programmes à forte composante inconnue
  • Familiarité avec l'analyse de données et l'analyse de marché
  • Expérience du marketing pragmatique et/ou des opérations commerciales
