Automotive Parts Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service, both in-person and over the phone, to our customers.
- Processing orders and ensuring timely follow-up with customers as needed.
- Offering expert advice on our products and accessories, and making recommendations when necessary.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- The ability to lift up to pounds.
- A diploma in automotive sales and/or experience in the automotive industry (an asset).
