Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, both in-person and over the phone, to our customers.
  • Processing orders and ensuring timely follow-up with customers as needed.
  • Offering expert advice on our products and accessories, and making recommendations when necessary.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • The ability to lift up to pounds.
  • A diploma in automotive sales and/or experience in the automotive industry (an asset).
