Technical Product Manager

Flair Airlines Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Digital Product Management department, you will play a crucial role in shaping our product portfolio and driving the successful delivery of innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive technical product roadmap to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to allocate new projects and ensure timely delivery and alignment with objectives.
  • Oversee technical configurations to meet business needs, including user roles, delay codes, and messaging setup.
  • Create and maintain user training programs for core applications.
  • Develop and maintain a Policy and Procedures Manual related to core applications.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate degree in business or technology.
  • Proven track record as a Technical Product Manager with successful product launches.
  • Airline experience is not mandatory but is considered an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • High level of curiosity and motivation for continuous learning and development.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of operational and technical knowledge necessary for the role.
