Job Title: Installation Foreman/Woman

Advanced Computers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Installation Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of our products and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the installation of our products, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Manage and train a team of installation technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement installation procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of installation services with other company functions.
  • Monitor and report on installation progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the installation industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Work Environment:

As an Installation Foreman/Woman with Advanced Computers, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality installation services to our customers. You will be required to work on-site, often in a variety of locations and environments, and may be required to work overtime to meet deadlines.
