Job Title: Hotel Operations Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at Super 8 By Wyndham Clifton Hill. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs as needed.
  • Requisition materials and supplies to ensure that the hotel has the necessary resources to operate effectively.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
