**Job Overview:**

Halliwell Consulting Corp seeks a skilled Industrial Maintenance Operations Manager to oversee maintenance resources and ensure effective execution of planned and unplanned work.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Authorize purchase of materials and resources to support maintenance operations
  • Monitor MRO inventory levels and address overstock conditions or obsolescence risk
  • Create value-added preventive maintenance work content and optimize skilled trades
  • Identify operator maintenance activities for autonomous maintenance checklists
  • Complete PMs within defined time frames and according to schedule
  • Evaluate maintenance technician feedback to plan additional follow-up work
  • Participate in department objective development and contribute to daily production meetings
  • Provide off-hours support to the production department and ensure resources are available during major shutdown periods
  • Assist maintenance personnel in troubleshooting activities to minimize downtime impact
  • Generate labor schedules to support production goals

**Qualifications:**

  • Basic understanding of PLC programming and ladder logic
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in a supervisory role in an automotive manufacturing environment
  • Extensive experience with stamping presses, welding, and assembly equipment including hydraulics, pneumatics, toolroom equipment, and PLC controls
  • Minimum licensed trade qualification or strong engineering background
  • Knowledge of Lean Principles and Concepts is beneficial
  • Demonstrated mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Strong sense of urgency and prioritization skills
