Facilities Management Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Facilities Management Supervisor to join our team at PHILCAN CLEANING SERVICES COMPANY LTD.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of cleaning staff, ensuring that sites or facilities meet safety and cleanliness standards. This is a challenging role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
This position involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our cleaning services, including hiring, training, and scheduling staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, with experience in supervising teams and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
About You:- You have a strong educational background, preferably in a field related to facility management or a similar discipline.
- You have 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a cleaning or facilities management company.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
- You are physically fit and able to stand for extended periods, with good manual dexterity and mobility.
- You are flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances, with a strong sense of judgment and reliability.
