Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Kitchen and Installation Specialist to join our team at Robert Design Group Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing kitchen cabinets, vanities, and office furniture in fast-paced environments while ensuring attention to detail and adhering to high standards of professionalism. This is a permanent position offering 30 to 40 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation Expertise: Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and implement installations efficiently.
  • Lay-out and Planning: Determine layout and installation procedures, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruptions.
  • Material Preparation: Measure and mark guidelines for installations, prepare, and maintain work materials and supplies as needed.
  • Transportation: Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Tool Operation: Utilize hand and power tools effectively, following safety protocols and best practices.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with colleagues, supervisors, and clients, ensuring accurate information exchange.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Skillset: Strong attention to detail, physically demanding job requiring ability to handle heavy loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs), excellent interpersonal skills, punctuality, accuracy, client focus, dependability, flexibility, organized, reliability, and teamwork.
