Security Investigator

We are seeking a dynamic security professional leader to join our team at Rodan Energy Solutions.
The Security Investigator will be responsible for conducting highly confidential investigations for our clients and working with business units on investigations, gathering intelligence, and follow-up communication on updates and results.
The ideal candidate will have 6 years of full-time investigations experience, preferably in law enforcement and/or corporate, and will possess strong investigation and interviewing skills, as well as thorough knowledge of IT applications, systems, and security controls.
The Security Investigator will also provide expert advice, guidance, direction, and assistance to partners, customers, and the security function relative to the security of corporate resources, the interpretation of laws, acts, statutes, etc., and the procedures and practices related to law enforcement and prosecution.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing security incident investigative services to all units in the Corporation as required or requested in connection with violations of the client's Code of Business Conduct and offenses under the Criminal Code and Federal and Provincial legislation.
- Providing security awareness and education programs that encourage all employees in the Corporation to share responsibility for security.
- Designing, developing, producing, and delivering security training programs, lectures, and courses for security function employees and providing expert advice and guidance in training techniques for the effective delivery of training.
- Assisting line management, partners, customers, and field security units by providing expert advice, guidance, and information on physical security matters, including specific security systems and equipment.
Qualifications include a 4-year university degree or 2-year college diploma in a related field, industry-related training courses, and the ability to obtain federal government secret-level security clearance.
