  • Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties to the best of their ability.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Marketing and Sales: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and develop effective marketing strategies to drive sales.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold in our store, ensuring that they meet the needs of our customers.
  • Staffing and Scheduling: Determine staffing requirements and create schedules to ensure that our store is always fully staffed.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
