Job Summary

Celco Design and Construction Company Ltd is seeking a skilled Floor Covering Installer to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive high-quality floor coverings that meet their needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and measure surfaces to be covered, ensuring accurate measurements and precise installation.
  • Measure, cut, and fasten underlay and underpadding to create a stable and even surface.
  • Install carpeting on floors, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
  • Prepare and install hardwood floors, paying close attention to detail and quality.
  • Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings, restoring them to their original condition.
  • Prepare floors for installations, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
  • Remove existing floor coverings and contaminants, leaving the floor ready for new installations.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
Work Environment

As a Floor Covering Installer, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong emphasis on safety and attention to detail.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in floor covering installation.
