About the Role:

The Prairie Land School Division is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice Principal to join our team. As a key member of our school administration, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal growth of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to teachers and staff to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote student achievement and well-being.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school administrators to plan and deliver curriculum programs.
  • Support the development of literacy and numeracy skills for all students.
  • Manage and allocate resources to ensure effective use of school facilities and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Education or related field.
  • Proven experience in educational leadership and administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire staff and students to high levels of achievement.
