Food Service Manager for Namo Cafe Bistro

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Manager to join our team at Namo Cafe Bistro. This permanent position offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.
As a Food Service Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food service staff. You will train new staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all employees understand their roles and responsibilities. Additionally, you will estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, hire food service staff, and ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards. Your excellent customer service skills will enable you to address any customer complaints or concerns, providing a high level of satisfaction to our patrons. You will also prepare and submit reports, as well as assist the chef with food order summaries. By establishing work schedules, you will help maintain a smooth operation of our kitchen and dining area.
This role requires 1-2 years of experience in the food service industry and a secondary school graduation certificate. We are willing to relocate, covering relocation costs for the right candidate. The work environment is fast-paced, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
