We are seeking a skilled Food Production Manager to join our team at Juice Truck Enterprises ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the production team and ensuring that all food products meet high-quality standards.
About the Job- This is a permanent position with 30-40 hours of work per week.
- The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a related field and a secondary school diploma or equivalent.
In addition to your technical skills, you must have excellent communication and leadership abilities. You will be responsible for training staff, preparing reports, and supervising production activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Prepare production and other reports.
- Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule activities of production workers who operate processing machines and fabricate, assemble, finish, or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- $50,000 - $60,000 estimated annual salary based on industry standards.
