We are seeking a skilled Fibreglass Laminator to join our team at Universal Fan & Blower. As a Fibreglass Laminator, you will be responsible for operating machines and equipment to cut, shape, and fit plastic materials to form parts and assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate machines and equipment to cut, shape, and fit plastic materials
  • Prepare reports on products inspected
  • Assemble composite materials on patterns to form parts and assemblies
  • Inspect manufactured plastic products for defects and conformance to specifications and quality standards
  • Mark and re-route defective products for repair or recycle
  • Make minor adjustments or repairs to products
Requirements:
  • Experience working with fibreglass and plastic materials
  • Ability to operate machines and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Attention to detail and ability to inspect products for defects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel
Working Conditions:
  • Working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to dust and odours
  • Standing for extended periods and lifting up to 23 kg
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
