Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Reporting Manager to join our team at Queen's University. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating daily operations, planning and controlling budget and expenditures, and reviewing financial reports for specific projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure financial stability
  • Review financial reports for specific projects to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Monitor financial control systems to prevent errors and discrepancies
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data to inform business decisions
  • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Commerce
  • 5 years or more of experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment
