Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver pipeline projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard.
  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Prepare and submit high-quality bids and proposals to secure new business.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
  • P. ENG registration with Professional Engineers of Ontario.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on pipeline engineering and project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard.
  • Strong understanding of industry codes and specifications, including CSA Z662 and other pipeline codes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and other relevant software.
