Job SummaryThe Accounts Payable Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts payable process, including liaising with suppliers, reviewing invoices, and developing procedures to optimize cash flow.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with suppliers to resolve any issues or discrepancies with invoices
- Review and analyze invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Provide support to the Finance Manager in the preparation of financial reports and statements
