Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional guest experiences by ensuring seamless hotel operations, including front desk, bell desk, and housekeeping services.
  • Liaise with various resort departments, vendors, and contractors to maintain high standards of service delivery.
  • Develop and implement quality initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage budgets, inventory, staffing, and project work to achieve profit targets and cost controls.
  • Participate in financial analysis and reviews, including occupancy and revenue reports.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures aligned with resort and industry standards.
  • Lead by example, promoting a positive and professional work environment.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a senior hotel leadership role, preferably in a high-end hotel setting.
  • Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and etiquette skills.
  • Ability to navigate Microsoft Office suite and PMS Maestro or similar reservations/guest management database programs.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
