Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Helper to join our team at Site Construction & Renovations. As a key member of our site team, you will assist in the execution of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to designated areas.
  • Measure weight to prepare for rigging and hoisting operations.
  • Perform pre-operational inspections on equipment and machinery.
  • Clean and lubricate cranes, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Assist medical examiners in charge with site-related tasks.
  • Help align pipes during pipeline construction.
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites.
  • Support framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications.
  • Assist in demolishing buildings.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials.
  • Perform routine maintenance work on equipment and machinery.
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites.
