We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our LendCare team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing B2B and B2C marketing growth and retention campaigns, building and managing digital marketing campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as lead take-to-market contact, communicating marketing updates and training to customer service teams
  • Execute B2B and B2C marketing growth and retention campaigns
  • Build and manage digital marketing campaigns using email, SMS, and digital ads
  • Assist with the coordination of industry events
  • Collaborate with departmental leads and creative resources to create and/or update existing marketing materials
  • Stay current with new technologies and developments in digital marketing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or equivalent working experience
  • 5+ years of marketing experience
  • 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in creating and managing digital ads
  • Experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation tools
  • Ability to problem solve, think strategically, and execute tactically
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work under pressure to deliver high-quality work
