Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Paver Operator to join our team at Central Paving Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating paver equipment, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Operation: Operate paver equipment, including computer-controlled machines, to ensure efficient and high-quality paving results.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Communication: Utilize two-way radios and other communication equipment to coordinate with team members and ensure seamless site operations.
  • Pre-Operational Checks: Conduct thorough pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced construction environment, with regular exposure to heavy machinery and outdoor weather conditions.

Work Language: English

Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
