Job Title: Financial Services Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Representative to join our team at Payday Shop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Approve or reject loan applications, or recommend applications for approval or rejection
  • Complete credit and loan documentation
  • Interview loan applicants and assess their financial status, references, credit, and ability to repay loans
  • Open new personal and non-personal accounts, and provide access to automated banking services
  • Prepare statements on delinquent accounts
  • Promote the sale of credit and loan services
  • Review and update credit and loan files
  • Submit credit and loan applications to management
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
