Job Summary

: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Educator Infant Toddler/Special Needs Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare and a passion for working with infants and toddlers with special needs. Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement a comprehensive program for children ages 0-3 years, including planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities and experiences.
* Guide and assist children in daily activities, ensuring their health and safety at all times.
* Maintain accurate records of daily plans and activities, ensuring adherence to governing childcare regulations.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.

Requirements:

* Current ECE Infant/Toddler and/or ECE Special Needs license to practice in the Province of British Columbia.
* Strong knowledge and understanding of standards of practice and regulations in the ECE field.
* Minimum three years' experience working with children ages 0-3.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
* Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting children up to 40 pounds.

Working Conditions:
