Responsibilities:
- Manage the accounting services department for French and English-speaking clients
- Assess customer needs and facilitate the proposal of complementary services
- Develop and equip the team to maximize internal sales
- Ensure continuous improvement of the service offering

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- More than 5 years' experience as a team manager
- Some experience in a consulting firm
- Experience in cloud accounting (an asset)
- Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills in French and English, both written and spoken
