About the Role:

As a Retail Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting and selling Freedom Mobile products and services, and creating a welcoming and inclusive store environment. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions, ensuring they leave the store feeling satisfied and empowered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide product demonstrations and training to customers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment
