Job Title: Refrigeration Technician

At Heritage Service Group Canada, we are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial refrigeration equipment.

About the Role:
  • Install, maintain, and repair commercial refrigeration equipment, including display cases, walk-in coolers/freezers, and ice machines.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, using your mechanical and electrical aptitude to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service delivery and meet customer expectations.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and be available to work overtime as required.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience as a refrigeration technician.
  • 313A journeymen or red seal refrigeration mechanic certification.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex equipment issues.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a self-driven and accountable approach.
  • Valid driver's license with a relatively clean driving record.
