Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Advantage Personnel. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient processing of both outgoing shipments and incoming items.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, replenish, move, and adjust stock to meet business needs.
  • Pick and pack orders using RF scanners to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Verify orders are complete and accurate before shipping.
  • Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed to support business operations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment to ensure employee and customer safety.
  • Provide additional warehouse support and deliveries during slower periods to meet business demands.
  • Work extra hours as necessary to meet department needs and support business growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience with a focus on inventory management and logistics.
  • Safety shoes are required to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Strong communication and numerical skills to effectively interact with team members and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Must be able to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Team player with good collaboration skills to support business objectives.
  • Punctuality and good attendance are essential to meet business demands.
