- Communicable disease surveillance
- Blood borne disease management
- Absence management
- Health assessments
- Health surveillance
- Health teaching and promotion
- Immunization
- Disability management
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree or equivalent
- Certification in Occupational Health Nursing – COHN(C)
- A minimum of 5 years of recent experience in Occupational Health Nursing
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation and guidelines
- Strong assessment, health teaching, and promotion skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
