Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of stylists and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality haircuts.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and grow the salon's customer base.
  • Manage salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer relations.
  • Collaborate with salon owners to achieve business goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a hairstylist.
  • Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
