About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at RPM Living. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of common areas, and maintaining the overall aesthetic appeal of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular inspections of property grounds and report any necessary repairs or maintenance tasks to the maintenance manager.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Perform various tasks including but not limited to power washing, trash removal, landscaping, and pool maintenance.
  • Assist in the preparation of make-ready units, ensuring a smooth transition between residents.
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations and after-hours maintenance requests.
  • Update records and track progress on completed tasks and maintenance requests.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in maintenance or facilities management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; general knowledge of skilled trades a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and navigate uneven terrain.
  • Valid driver's license required for safe operation of company vehicles.
