As a Stock Unloading Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth receipt and processing of merchandise, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and Processing Merchandise
    • Unload and sort general merchandise trailers
    • Complete live unloading of all remaining merchandise
    • Maintain cold chain for refrigerated and frozen receiving and stocking
  • Inventory Management
    • Pull pallets of merchandise to the salesfloor for overnight processing
    • Assist in stocking the salesfloor as assigned and provide customer service when necessary
    • Label and place overstock merchandise
  • Workplace Safety and Maintenance
    • Contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment through adherence to company policy and procedures
    • Ensure displays and fixtures are secure

Work Environment
