About This Opportunity

Holt Renfrew is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to all customers, ensuring a positive and personalized shopping experience.
  • Sales Growth: Exceed sales and service goals, building a loyal customer base and driving revenue growth.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including fashion trends, styles, and features.
  • Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining a visually appealing store environment, including floor recovery, visual merchandising, and price change.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and service goals, supporting a positive and productive team environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience in a commission-based luxury sales environment.
  • Sales Performance: Consistent sales performance with demonstrated results in achieving and exceeding sales quota.
  • Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Collaboration: Highly collaborative, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of current and emerging trends in fashion, as well as broad product knowledge across all merchandise categories.
  • Initiative: Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
